About the role

Gamma is looking for an experienced Partner Alliance Manager to help us build, grow and maximise our key strategic partners and technology partner community - creating relationships, and building and executing joint propositions and marketing plans that are mutually beneficial.

You will work closely with teams and stakeholders across the business, including our product, sales, product marketing and commercial teams. You will build a strategy for Gamma around our strategic partners and deliver strategic campaigns with our ecosystem of partners, that result in a positive business impact. You will develop a deep understanding of the markets and regions Gamma operates in, identifying where and how our partner relationships can create the greatest value. You will have experience working with large, global players such as Microsoft and Cisco as well as smaller technology start-ups and the nuances that go with the different levels of partner relationship maturity they may have.

As the strategic partner alliance manager, you will:

  • Build out joint go to market (GTM) plans that span all routes to market (RTM) and measuring and reporting results to the Marketing Director and CMPO, as well as key sales stakeholders across Europe
  • Maximise the active partner programs and incentives by collaborating across RTMs
  • Map key strategic relationships between partner and Gamma execs
  • Own partner marketing and the marketing elements of our strategic partner relationships, across the Gamma group of companies
  • Promote Gamma to and with our strategic partnerships - creating plan and guidance to maintain accreditations suited to all RTMs
  • Build and maintain quality relationships with key people within Gamma's strategic and technology partners', maximising those relationships for the benefit of both parties
  • Own and manage partner marketing strategy and the MDF budget and process - maximising the impact and ROI of spend - keeping a keen eye on commercial agreements and targets
  • Monitor strategic partner's marketing campaigns, events and messaging and align to these where it supports our commercial success
  • Work with the internal marketing teams to roll-out and execute partner-led and co-marketing campaigns
  • Input into projects such as partner portal, partner enablement, digital partner experience and partner advocacy programmes
  • Continue to challenge how we think about how we market with our partners and bring new and fresh ideas into how we act and behave

Experience you can bring:

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a technology, communications or SaaS organisation
  • A strategic thinking, self-starter with the ability to see a plan through and deliver results
  • Good understanding of how strategic partnerships work in technology companies - and how to make them mutually beneficial
  • Experience working with strategic partners such as Cisco, Microsoft, Amazon and Big 4 firms
  • An exceptional communicator and inspiring people manager
  • Expert knowledge in B2B partner marketing
  • Previous experience supporting partner programs and portals
  • Strong professional presence and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong project management skills
  • Ability to communicate the marketing plan to key stakeholders and ability to gather feedback and refine plans accordingly
  • Short-term and long-term partner marketing and enablement planning, executing and reporting
  • Strong relationship-building and networking skills
  • A helpful and positive team-player, with a flexible and collaborative attitude
  • A passion and strong interest in the Gamma group of companies and our products and the future of communications technology
